Payment Plan Details (Campus)
• Application fee: $100 (non-refundable — due now)
• Total tuition $4,869.10 minus $500 deposit = $4,369.10 remaining
• Credit card payments incur a 2% convenience fee
• Payments due every other Monday until paid in full
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable once paid. Schedule changes require 10+ days notice.
• Student kits are mandatory and cannot be waived.

Disclaimer & Installment Payments / Fees
Disclaimer
Suppose the student has a second party who is responsible for payments. In that case, all the required information must be given to Administration with the number of incremental payments and the date payments are to be made, and the form of payment must be approved by the school’s Director, Mr. Eric Ho.

Installment Payments/Balance

  • Installments are due every other Monday by 4 p.m. There is no grace period.
  • You are responsible for making the payment each month. Payments are not automatically made by the Students Admissions and Financial Services Office unless you complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
  • If you are mailing the payment, make sure you allow enough time to reach the office on or before the due date. Payments received after the due date will be assessed as a late fee.

Fees and Other Charges

  • Your application fee is non-refundable.
  • Deposit $500 to save your seat (non-refundable)
  • Your account will be assessed a $20 service charge for any payment returned for insufficient funds or which is not collectible for any other reason, and your plan will be canceled.
  • There will be an additional late charge for any payment not received in full by the due date.
  • If payment due is from $0 – $999.99, a $20 late fee will be charged to your account.
  • If payment due is from $1,000 – $1,999.99, a $25 late fee will be charged to your account.
  • If a payment due is $2,000 or above, a $30 late fee will be charged to your account.

REFUND POLICY (Campus)
  • The Student may cancel their enrollment contract without penalty or obligation before the class start date. There are NO refunds for books, uniforms, deposits, and student kits.
  • A student must notify the institution of his/her withdrawal in writing with the sign and date.
  • Students may cancel their enrollment with a USD 200.00 per day up to the 15th day from the class start date. Refunds are not allowed after the 15th day from the start date. (NO apply for online course = No refundable for any amount paid for online course)
  • No allowed to transfer the amount you paid to someone including your relatives.
  • All refunds are based on scheduled hours.
  • Enrollment time: is defined as the time elapsed between the actual starting date and the last date of physical attendance. All refunds will be calculated based on the student’s notification date.
  • Refund Time Limits: all refunds will be made within 40 days from the date of cancellation or determination of withdrawal. If a student does not return from an approved leave of absence period, refunds will be made within 40 days from the end of the leave of absence period.
  • Withdrawal/Termination from Course: students have the right to withdraw from a course of instruction at any time.
  • An unofficial transcript will be provided to a student who withdraws, including hours that the student has completed. For transfer or graduation, an Official Transcript will not be released by the School until all monies owed to the School have been collected.
  • If you choose to re-enter, we will hold the amount paid for two years. The re-entry fee will be $200.
  • Regardless of whether or not the student completes the program for which the student is enrolled, the student understands and acknowledges that the tuition is due and any past payments made are non-refundable.
  • Honolulu Nails & Aesthetics Academy will not award the student a transcript of hours until tuition is paid in full.
  • Cancellation passed 16 instructional days would require full tuition payment. A Collection Agency will collect any unpaid balances.


I agree to the terms of this contract. If terms need modification, I will notify Director Mr. Eric Ho. Any unpaid balances will be sent to HNA’s legal department. Transcripts will not be released until the balance is paid in full.

4Admission Requirements
To complete your admission, you must satisfy the following requirements:

1. Be at least 16 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). If under 18, a parent/guardian must enroll you.
2. Copy of ID (Passport, State ID, or Driver’s License)
3. Completed HNA Application Form
4. Deposit of $500 (non-refundable)
5. VA students: a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility

⚠️ For the Hawaii state exam, a completed high school diploma or GED is required.
⚠️ During campus classes, please attend with natural nails. Enhancements must be removed. If unable to be a model due to allergies, submit a doctor’s note.


I grant permission for all photographs taken of me or my work to be used for illustration, promotion, and advertising purposes.
